Drifter’s Hamburgers began in 2008 with a simple idea: create a world class hamburger franchise system that doesn’t cost a fortune to get into. We took an old taco building, painted it ourselves, bought some used equipment and focused on developing a “fast food” hamburger that could compete with any $20.00 hamburger in the nation. We brought in locally processed beef without added hormones or antibiotics, hamburger buns without preservatives or GMO and featured certified “chemical free” wheat (no pesticides). We had the attention to detail in every step of the process; from the house made hamburger sauce to the hand-leafed lettuce and the tomatoes that are sliced throughout the day to ensure freshness. The result of this attention to detail and modest investment has been absolutely amazing! It’s true, people care about what they eat and where their food comes from.
